You should know that you have a customer relations problem when a google search for "Dell Hell" returns over
2 million hits and when someone has gone to the trouble of redesigning your logo a little:

The fact that at least one blogger has an entire category of posts called "Dell Hell" would seem to be yet a further hint. However, despite this, Dell still seems to have customer service problems as noted by this piece yesterday.
Here at Nice Ventures we have noted another problem with Dell which is rather more fundamental. This is that all Dell Laptops we have ever bought seem to have a problem with their screen hinges breaking after a year or less of work. This is not something I have seen with other laptops but it seems to apply across all ranges of Dells. It is true that eventually Dell will fix this problem for a particular laptop (by basically replacing it under extended warrenty) but this would seem to me to be something that ought to be fixed by the design team...
