I guess things must really be looking up in the Data Networking world. My former employer,
Nortel, poster boy for the 2000 bubble with its billion dollar stock only purchases, is not dead but able to buy
companies again.
In this case it has bought a router company called Tasman Networks
This is probably another sign that the excesses of the late 1990s are behind us and the hangovers have now receeded.
