As mentioned already in another post on this blog site, there is a French government sponsored agency called -well- "Invest in France Agency". I came across one of their magazine ads in the latest Business Week edition where they interviewed
FedEx on the reasons for choosing France as their European headquarters. So far so good. Now they also mention EADS' Airbus 380 as an example of how well things work in France in this interview ad. That is quite amusing of course in light of Airbus' current delivery problems/delays of 2 years and other problems. Why has the "Invest in France Agency" not pulled off or changed the one-page ad before it was published?
Either they have not noticed it, or were simply too slow and inflexible to do so. Not the image/values you want to communicate bien sure...
